A publication should move through four connected products. Cohecia exposes four views into the same underlying object. source → structure → edit ↔ compose → publish

Frequentlyaskedquestions
Cohecia connects tools that usually sit apart. These are the boundaries that matter before you decide where it belongs in your workflow.
Does Cohecia replace Zotero or Mendeley?
No. Cohecia can import from a Zotero library you authorize. It does not replace a reference manager, and Mendeley is not a Cohecia integration.
Does Cohecia replace Docs or Notion?
No. Cohecia holds one publication from source through edit, composition and release. It is not a general document or notes workspace.
Does Cohecia replace InDesign or Canva?
No. Layout here gives form to a structure that is still the same publication. Cohecia is not a general page-design tool.
What does Cohecia preserve from a source?
The source stays distinct from later edits, layout and release. Provenance stays with the publication, and a derived page is not treated as an anonymous new source.
How does Cohecia use AI?
Only when you start an action that needs it. Bounded excerpts and instructions can go through Cohecia's server-side runtime to OpenAI, Anthropic or Google. The privacy policy states that private source text is not placed in operational logs.
What happens to my data and PDFs?
Private files stay with the signed-in account. A Library item is not public unless you publish it. The privacy policy is the full account of retention and deletion.
Can I evaluate Cohecia with a team or institution?
Yes. Contact is the path for a team or institution evaluation. Free and Pro on the pricing page are the purchasable plans; there is no self-serve organization checkout.
